Jelly Roll's wife, Bunnie XO, is reflecting on leaving the sex work industry a year ago this week.
On Facebook, the model and entrepreneur, also known as Alisa DeFord, shared a March 6, 2023, post announcing she was shutting down her "spicy" OnlyFans site, writing she was "on to the next bag" at the time.
"Awww a year ago I retired from the SW (sex work) industry,” Bunnie, 44, wrote on Wednesday. “I was SO scared to let go of that part of my life & leave behind the money I was making — wasn’t sure how I’d make up that part of my business. But I had faith & let God have it & he made sure I made it back 10 fold 😭."
Bunnie later revealed her work timeline while responding to a commenter who was "confused" about her doing sex work while married.
"I have always worked & made money on my own, when I married (Jelly Roll) I refused to give up my independence & rely solely on him. And to be honest he never once asked me to," she wrote. "He knew how important it was to me to make my own money. But he did always say, 'One day baby you won’t have to do this anymore.'"
The podcast host said she started her own brand in 2018 with the money she made from sex work. In 2020, she retired from seeing clients and having sugar daddies, and started her OnlyFans, which "made me millions."

She said her business started to make more money than her sex work earnings, and that she could no longer "justify" doing both.
"I also didn’t want to be the only wife in the country music scene whose" nude images were "on the internet," she wrote with a laughing emoji. "But my husband never once asked me to give up anything in my life."
"Best decision I ever made," she continued.
DeFord is now the host of the "Dumb Blonde" podcast, in which she interviews celebrities including Shanna Moakler and Renee Graziano and tackles topics such as relationship trauma, dating and true crime.
In the description of her podcast, she refers to herself as "the degenerate love child of Dolly Parton & Dr. Ruth," while her Instagram page (@xomgitsbunnie) christens her "the Trailerpark Barbara Walters."
Bunnie is a visible presence at Jelly Roll's live shows. During his 2023 Backroad Baptism Tour, she often hosted the singer's meet and greets and interacted closely with his fans.
Jelly Roll and Bunnie met in 2015 when she saw the now 39-year-old artist perform at the Country Saloon in Las Vegas. They married at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Vegas the following year.
In a 2023 Billboard interview, Jelly Roll called his wife "a beacon of change in my life." Last year the couple renewed their wedding vows in Las Vegas.
Ex-Disney starDan Benson had his nude photos leaked. He took control by joining OnlyFans.
